He has developed an unassailable market position having burnished a reputation with private stakeholders and policymakers alike through a focus on sound market research and due diligence.

Prior to opening his own firm, John was principal manager of the Philadelphia office for the RTA Group, a real estate and tax advisory service firm. He also consulted for international firms including Laventhol & Horwath and Valuation Research.

John wrote and taught the only course in the country that instructed appraisers and regional HUD offices on how to complete a Rent Comparability Study, alongside Shaun Donovan (now head of Enterprise). This was directed by HUD Headquarters and co-sponsored by the Appraisal institute.

Twelve of the largest twenty Philadelphia law firms have retained Mr. Doyle for a wide range of litigation issues and property types. Past trial venues include Federal District Court, State Courts including Common Pleas (PA), Supreme Court (NY), and Tax Court (NJ), as well as local boards for condemnation, assessments, zoning, and planning.
