Third-Party Rent
Studies for HUD
In some instances, HUD will commission a Rent Comparability Study when the owner’s submitted RCS exceeds the threshold of 150% of Small Area Fair Market Rents. Doyle Real Estate Advisors is a contracted appraiser for three HUD regions to produce these Third-Party Rent Studies.
As a result of our third-party work for the agency, we have accrued a deep library of market research with the ability to benchmark rental data and trends across submarkets and the country.
Doyle Real Estate Advisors has conducted hundreds of third-party Rent Studies on behalf of HUD across the country, with our work substantiated and supported by staff as high as the Director’s Office.
